Redefining living experiences: Poltrona Frau's 2024 Imagine collection

The collection is structured into six different series: Imagine Reality presents a dreamlike, surreal version of the Vanity Fair XC. The Vanity Fair XC Imagine Edition, a limited release in Pelle Frau® leather, with only 50 pieces available, features Fornasetti's Soli e Nuvole pattern.

The Imagine Softness series unfolds through the flowing, sinuous designs within the Squash collection by Faye Toogood, alongside the inviting appeal of the new Parka sofa by the creative duo Draga & Aurel. In the Squash series, the British artist combines her unique style, marked by boundless creativity, with Frau leather's sophistication and high-quality craftsmanship. The collection features armchair, pouf, rugs, and mirrors that share a softly sculpted profile.

Designed by the duo Draga & Aurel, the Parka modular seating system draws inspiration from the iconic '90s jacket, symbol of an entire generation: this sofa perfectly translates the parka's versatility into a seating solution that seamlessly adapts to any space while retaining a distinctive visual identity. Its elliptical shape ensures comfort and relaxation without sacrificing style.

Within Imagine Boundless Living, we encounter the new Mirabell sofas and coffee tables, along with the Cestlavie outdoor table/container by GamFratesi, and the new additions to Solaria by Ludovica Serafini+Roberto Palomba. The new designs further enhance the concept of a fluid outdoor area, blurring the distinction between the inside and the outside.

Imagine Versatility celebrates the traditions of craftsmanship, the quality of materials, and the approach to design that Poltrona Frau infuses in its original collections. Within this series, we see the expansion of the Archibald collection, now offering additional seating options and a new bed, as well as the estension of the Happy Jack sofa range, with a new electric recliner module and the Home cinema version of the Pillow armchair.

Imagine Variety is the latest yet pivotal series within the collection, showcasing new hues and textures while serving as a continuous exploration of leather, Poltrona Frau's signature material. Six vibrand shades from the Pelle Frau® ColorSphere® collection are now optimized for outdoor use, while eight new colors join the Pelle Frau® Nest palette. The introduction of the digital print in collaboration with Fornasetti, as well as the hand-embossed Pelle Frau® Nubuk Tribal from the Boateng selection, further enhances the uniqueness of the collection's color evolution. Equally significant is the environmental commitment to color exploration: Pelle Frau® Nest leather turns impactless through production processes that employ renewable energy sources and a tanning system with reduced water and chemicals.
