The Tacchini 2021 collection starts an extraordinary journey through time without digital maps or high-speed internet access. The romantic tour includes designer pieces that range from reissues of past icons by Tobia Scarpa and Gastone Rinaldi, to new projects by David/Nicolas, Karen Chekerdjian and Gordon Guillaumier.

An authentic mosaic that embraces essential symbols, silky textures and primitive volumes, taking the beauty of craftsmanship into the ruins of a Roman villa in Sirmione. Design and architecture engage in an intense dialogue between present and past, oriented towards the creation of new real or inner landscapes.

Reproposed today by Tacchini in a completely new version, Orsola was created in 1970 by Gastone Rinaldi. While respecting its original spirit, the system features the most innovative upholstery, supported by a resistant chrome-plated metal structure. As dynamic and light as the passing of time, Pigreco develops the idea of conveying a "sense of space" to a conventionally static object. A combination of empty and full spaces marks the minimalism of the symbol, shaping this fluid geometric masterpiece. The triangle serves as a dynamic element, reinforced by the stability of the two rear legs that do not compromise the feeling of lightness that pervades the object. A sequence of lines and curves defines the frame, made from Canaletto walnut, Walnut-stained ash and Anthracite grey ash, with leather or fabric upholstery.
