Van Rossum's new arrivals, scultpural solid wood furniture

The new collection by Van Rossum is in keeping with the sustainability story of the Dutch brand, representing an authentic tribute to the rich beauty of oak wood: a material on whose surface one can read the passing of years, but which stands the test of time. With these new furniture items, nature embellishes the domestic environment, enriching it with the value of craftsmanship.

Designed by Pieter Maes as a tribute to the timeless strength of the blacksmith's anvil, the set of three Anvil side tables, as well as the dining table of the same collection, stands out for the design of the underside of the top, which gently slopes inwards towards the centre of its oval base.

Polished surfaces, rounded edges, asymmetries, simple shapes and craftsmanship: the Got coffee table is available in oak or walnut wood. In its design, the curved lines of the lower part of the top are magnified by the striking base of asymmetrical crescent legs.

Distinguished by large cushions upholstered in fabric or leather and available in two sizes, the Tenere sofa exudes a sense of comfort and softness. The wooden frame welcomes and enhances the curves of the generous upholstery.

The Adjacencies coffee table is characterised by an aesthetic that is both rustic and sophisticated; the pure and essential design enhances the beauty of wood, in counterpoint to the powder-coated metal base.

Bold, refined, surprising, poised between tradition and modernity, the Abqji cabinet is the result of the encounter of asymmetries and contrasting materials. Wood is complemented by stainless steel, and the alternation of 4 doors and as many drawers banishes any sense of predictability.
